Pear & Arugula Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1/2 cup candied pecans

  • 8 cups roughly chopped arugula

  • 2 Bosc pears, sliced

    For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Step 1


Combine and toss the salad ingredients in a large bowl.



Step 2


Combine the dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
