Ingredients
4 cups brussel sprouts (cut in half)
1 cup peas
1 sweet onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a frying pan.
Step 2
Add all vegetables to the pan and saute at medium heat until vegetables are cooked through (you may want to add brussel sprouts ahead of other vegetables as they will take the longest)
Step 3
Pour maple syrup over vegetables and let simmer at low heat for 3-5 minutes.
